I took my wife's MacBook Pro in to future shop where we bought it to be fixed for a dead pixel. It's still under the extended warranty we purchased with it. Now they're telling me it's not a dead pixel, but a dent in the glass which will cost $900 to fix, saying that it's user damaged and not under warranty.
